The Five Steps.

I truly believe that to understand what you need and want, you have to connect with your physical body, exploring how it feels at each moment. That’s the core of the program and the reason why we start with the body and breath.

Once you re-establish the connection with your physical body, and feel more comfortable curiously exploring its sensations, you will become better able to explore your emotional body and handle stressful or upsetting experiences. You will learn to listen, speak and act from this unshakeable centre within you.

This new understanding of yourself will have an organic spillover into your personal and work relationships, opening the doors to deeper connections, compassion and kindness. You will be able discern which are the things that are important in your life and shed away all that is unnecessary, preserving precious energy and time.

Ancient practices, modern healing.

This is not your regular yoga class.

During this month, we will inquire into the Body, Heart and Mind connection by exploring the ancient practices and wisdom of yoga, pranayama, mantra, qi gong, and Ayurveda, as well as modern trauma release methods, somatic movement and breath liberation practices.

We will journey into the heart of our awareness through meditation, journaling and conscious movement, creating a community of openness, sharing and exploring.

  1. Weekly 90 minute 1:1 session for practicing and sharing. Recordings available for 30 days.

  2. Weekly home practices and self-inquiries.

  3. Delicious plant-based recipes and Ayurvedic lifestyle recommendations.

  4. Daily check-ins.

EXTRA

  • Two times online silent sit (30 min) to set the day.

Putting others before yourself isn’t selfless; it’s self-abandonment. Learn how to honour your needs and desires by creating new boundaries with others and learn how to be patient with yourself along the way.

Rest and Relax

The problem for many of us is that our nervous system doesn’t return to a state of relaxed calm after a stressful event and the body gets stuck in a stress response. Learn how to avoid exhaustion, detachment or burn out.
